Yes. New patients are welcome, and first visits are often available the same day or within 24 hours.
We accept several Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, including Blue Cross PPO Preferred, Blue Choice Options, Professional Blue Choice PPO, Blue High Performance Network, Preferred Provider Organization, and Medicare Advantage PPO. If your plan is not listed, call the office. Self-pay and out-of-network visits are available; prices are not published here.
Bring a photo ID and your insurance card if applicable, a current list of your medications, supplements, and allergies, and any questions you want to discuss. Please do not submit health details through this website.
Portal access, secure messages, forms, and document uploads are handled inside the patient portal.
We see patients Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, at 826 South Northwest Highway, Barrington, IL 60010. After hours, call the same number. We will try to accommodate an appointment; otherwise a telehealth visit or the next day may be offered. For chest pain, stroke symptoms, or another emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
