We offer telehealth visits for patients in Illinois when the concern is appropriate for a video visit. Visits run on Zoom or Doximity. After-hours telehealth is available by appointment when the clinic is closed. Telehealth is not for emergencies.

We accept several Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, including Blue Cross PPO Preferred, Blue Choice Options, Professional Blue Choice PPO, Blue High Performance Network, Preferred Provider Organization, and Medicare Advantage PPO. If your plan is not listed, call the office. Self-pay and out-of-network visits are available; prices are not published here.

$99 per month per person. Includes Six visits per year, including physicals; In-office lab draws; Unlimited telehealth or text with the provider; Prescriptions and refills; Same-day appointments or a visit within 24 hours; Forms at no charge for members.

We see patients Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, at 826 South Northwest Highway, Barrington, IL 60010. After hours, call the same number. We will try to accommodate an appointment; otherwise a telehealth visit or the next day may be offered.
